Our procedure- In Detail

Stage One: Fill the application form
Select the package that’s suits you the best. The application form is separated in two sections. The first section will ask you your basic details which will help us to correspond with you in the coming days. The second section will give you a list of packages where you need to choose the one most appropriate for you.

Stage Two: Complete the Questionnaire
It won’t take much of your time as we know that your time is precious. All you need to do is to fill the questionnaire with some details about your business, your vision and how do you like to portray your company. These details will help us in understanding you and your requirements in a much better way so that we can come up with a design that is unique and inspiring,  just like you. We strongly believe in protecting the privacy of our customers and your given information will be secured.

Stage Three: View, Revise, Comment on Logo Options
As soon as you provide us the details we will send it to the creative designing department where the designers will analyze reveal many design options for you based on the information you provide to us. Through your “my account area” you can then review, select and send us back the final design you choose with some brief comments or instructions just incase you want to modify it so our team will further work on it and alter the logo according to your instructions. Remember you are always welcome to discuss your ideas and views that you want to convey about your logo even through a call at our toll free number.

Stage Four: View the Revised Logo Option
After revising the logo exclusively based on your response in the previous stage, we will then send it to you. If you still feel that there is a need to revise the logo option so don’t hesitate just tell us and we will work with you and put the extra labour until you are not 100 percent satisfied.

Stage Five: Final Design
We will send you the revised logo design so that you can give it a one final view before we deliver you the final revelation of your logo. You feel satisfied, just send us the approval and the final files of the logo will be ready for you. Moreover, a CD will be provided to you including all the final files.
